Our family absolutely loves Charming Paws Grafton! As long-time customers, we have never had a better boarding experience anywhere else. We board our dog for multiple weeks every year, and each and every time it’s been an outstanding experience. The staff is over-the-top sweet and loves our dog like family. We look forward to our Charming Paws daily report cards and they are the highlight of our family texts. On the drive over to Charming Paws, our dog gets very excited and knows he is in for a fun day! Show moreThe staff here are amazing! We had such an amazing experience. I was so nervous to try another boarding facility due to a really bad experience at a another facility. Asher was so happy, calm, clean and looked like he had a blast. We loved being able to see pictures of him while we were gone a long with the daily report card updates from staff. Our grooming experience here was amazing as well. We had asked that he was groomed with a nail trim before pickup. He was so shinny, silky, and smelled amazing. The staff here really treat your dogs like family.

Everyone at Charming Paws has been wonderful with all of our pups. We feel very confident in their professionalism and respect for all of the animals they care for.
