Offers Indian culinary creations and a wide beer selection
This was my first experience with Indian food. I had been hesitant for years of trying it, but this place looked amazing. I was not let down! Every single food item we got was delicious! It was cooked to perfection, with amazing flavor through and through! The cocktails we're amazing, something new yet refreshing. Everything was priced very fairly especially for prices nowadays. 100% recommended!
The biggest strength here is the flavor. The curries were rich, well-seasoned, and you can tell the kitchen knows how to build depth of flavor. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn't quite live up to the food. We ordered everything mild, but even the appetizers (the chaat and lamb chops) were much spicier than expected. I asked for raita to help cool things down, but they don't offer it. Instead, they brought a yogurt-cilantro sauce that wasn't quite the same. Service timing was also an issue. My parents were nearly finished with their entrées before my lamb biryani arrived. The butter chicken was served as a large bowl of chicken and sauce, but rice isn't included. At this price point, I think rice should come with the entrée. When we ordered rice separately, the portion was enormous, but it arrived too late to enjoy with the meal. My lamb biryani was nearly $30. While the flavor was excellent, there was surprisingly little lamb—I found myself searching through the rice for pieces of meat. For the price, I expected a much better balance of lamb to rice. The biggest disappointment, though, was the bread. If you're expecting generous, soft, fluffy naan, you'll be surprised. It was thin, crisp, and the portions were very small. For the price, it simply didn't feel like a good value. Overall, the flavors were genuinely delicious, but between the inconsistent timing, value concerns, and a few disappointing details, the experience didn't quite justify the cost. I hope they make a few adjustments because the kitchen clearly has talent.
We ate here tonight and it was amazing! Butter chicken was so flavorful! Drinks are fun and taste amazing! We will be back.
Have been here 3 times since January. Food is absolutely phenomenal! Chicken tikka HOT will give a slight sweat but so worth it. Garlic naan is delicious, as is the saffron rice, tandoori wings. Great beer selection as well. Such a great add to Ozaukee county. Owner and staff are wonderful.
The food is amazing and full of flavor, but the desserts are the real love here! 🍰✨ Sweet, rich, and absolutely irresistible — the perfect way to end the meal. Definitely a must-visit spot for both great food and heavenly desserts.
