Bank Five Nine Grafton branch is a nice bank with helpful employees. Every visit is courteous and professional as B59 Tellers and Bankers always help their customers. I’m very happy with services provided by Keri Davis (Grafton branch) today helping me open a new relationship CD account. She was prompt and very responsive to my requests and very quick to do the job. Overall I’m happy with Keri’s service as well as banks as whole.
My elderly mom banks at the Grafton location and I have assisted her on multiple trips to take care of her banking needs. Every employee I have come into contact with has been nothing but helpful and kind. On our last visit it was for a problem she was having enrolling in Zelle after the system change. The tellers very willingly and cheerfully tried to solve her problem and when they were unsuccessful they passed us along to Keri, one of the personal bankers. She also had difficulty solving the issue, BUT... she persisted and contacted the tech people who guided her and did their magic and she was able to get my mom's account back in working order again. Keri was super sweet the entire time and we were there a long time. We never felt that we were a thorn in her side. It is refreshing to come across true customer service these days where it rarely exists anymore. My mom even received a personal, handwritten thank you note from Keri!! Wow, who does that these days!?! Thank you, Keri and Bank Five Nine for keeping the personal connection in your business.
I was hacked a few months ago, and the bank personnel responded immediately to make sure my checking account was not compromised. They're well trained, concerned, and FAST in doing what needs to be done to protect your account(s). Also, Debbie at the Grafton branch always remembers my name when I come in -- I feel special! Overall excellent experiences banking with Bank Five Nine. I have told friends about my good experiences when they complain about their current banks. I have banked with some real duds in the past, so I can relate! It's very reassuring to bank with a place that has well-trained staff who actually care that you have a good experience!
We have been using Bank Five Nine ever since we moved our business to Grafton. From the first day we felt welcome there. Now we have multiple business accounts, personal, my kids, my parents, and lots of our employees use the bank. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Also they are really involved in the community supporting many local causes.
