Got established here. Everyone was great. The front desk was polite, nice, efficient. Anthony the medical assistant was a MVP got everything done quickly and professionally. Kaylee Popp my APRN was a rockstar during the visit, very assertive and caring and knowledgeable. Definitely feel like I am in good hands here as they manage my healthcare needs!

The receptionist is always friendly, professional, and answers right away. They have an efficient online portal to schedule appointments, which are usually available within a week. They run very close to on time; I have never waited more than five minutes for vitals. Dr. Duffy spends a lot of time getting to know his clients and treat them as a whole. I have come in for various reasons and always left feeling like I received the best care possible. I feel comfortable talking with Dr. Duffy about any ailment, even the embarrassing ones. He is friendly, personable, and trustworthy. I have never been so happy with a primary care doctor. I recommend him to anyone in Ozaukee County.
