The individual who deals with setting up the inshurance is the most rude unporfeshinal person I have ever dealt with in the health care system. She claimed that she ran my insurance through my name and would have a $134 dollar copay everytime I went in their once I called and said that could not be possible true since I never gave out member ID and all other information she became very hostile the diducktable she cleaned I had was completely incorrect and instead of reverifying the information she had told me she wasn't going to argue and hung up once I pointed another fact out that the only way she could of possibly done her job correctly was her ruin g it threw the primary holder of the inshurance which was not me. Sou is like this is another one of those counsoling servers that try and thrib financially of of alcoholics and drug addicts if I could leave a 0 star that woul dd's of been the rating.
