We recently had the opportunity to do some painting work for Form and Fitness, and it was clear right away that this is not your typical facility. What stood out most is the level of care they put into the space itself. They don’t just focus on the service they provide, they continuously invest in maintaining and improving the environment to keep it looking sharp, clean, and professional. The attention to detail in the aesthetic truly reflects the standards they hold for their business. This place is not only great because of the professionals who work there, but also because of how good it feels to be in the space. It’s welcoming, well-maintained, and clearly built with intention. I have been training with Form and Fitness for over 25 years. All the trainers are first rate and continue to impress me. They are constantly upgrading their training techniques which keeps you motivated to keep working out.

I had a great experience with Form and Fitness. Ben trained my mother, and the impact has been genuinely noticeable. He helped her develop a much stronger awareness of her body, posture, and movement. She’s now more conscious of how she carries herself day to day, which has made a real difference in her confidence and overall well-being. Ben is patient, attentive, and clearly knows how to tailor his approach to the individual. It’s not just about workouts, it’s about building understanding and long-term habits. Highly recommend.

Good gym despite the locker hygiene/upkeep maintenace neglect. Black/blueish spots all over every locker and I doubt that was the original color or the paint as opposed to a 'design' that 'grew organically'. Could use an antibacterial painting. Most locker batteries sounds like they're gonna die. Lockers regularly seem to be claimed as perpetually locked 'personal lockers'.
