The Sprecher Brewery tour was a lot of fun! We only visited two rooms for production — the brewing room and the bottling room. It's amazing how small the facility is for how much output they're able to achieve. Ty, our tour guide, was a lot of fun, very knowledgable, and very friendly. Our group only had about 14 people, but he got everyone interacting and made it memorable. The tastings after the tour were delicious! My son loved being able to try different flavors (or flavor combinations — the "snow cone" was his favorite!), and I got to enjoy the adult drink offerings. The food was also really good — the giant pretzel was soft and flavorful. I'll be back with the whole family for another tour soon!

We scheduled a tour for a weekday afternoon in May, and our party was the only one on tour. Everybody who worked at the giftshop and tour house were kind and welcoming. Our tour guide Christian had a lot of passion for how beer and soda is made! He was able to answer all our questions, and even quip about the innerworkings of raising honey bees in Wisconsin (honey is a sweetener in their soft drinks) and the ingredients in root beer.
We were already fans of the soft drinks. My favorite is the Honeycrisp apple, and their ginger beer is a close 2nd. But I absolutely loved being able to try flavors we don't normally have access to. Peaches and Cream, Strawberry Matcha (a brewhouse exclusive for May) and Huckleberry were all memorable. We bought some bottles to take home with us.
They also serve some bar food and hard/soft drinks to order, even if you aren't taking the tour. If you order the pretzel, it's best to have 3 or 4 more people to share it with (and get it with cheese)!
We enjoyed it enough to go back the following day (on our bikes) and get a few drinks after lunch.
Show moreWe loved Sprecher! The tour is totally worth it, our guide TJ did a phenomenal job. My son is a huge root beer fan, which is what brought us there, but we all left as fans of the brewery too. The drinks were great, the merchandise was fun, and the whole experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!
Show moreAwesome tour. Tyler did an outstanding job explaining the history of the company as well as describing their many products. Looking forward to seeing Tyler on "beer fest 2026".
