Tried to upsell me on a membership my first visit. I wanted to try first. The car came out with almost every insect mark and brake dust particle untouched. I had to sit outside hand washing everything myself afterward after $15. At least my new license plates were bent. I'm not sure what happened to car washes but you need to actually make the car clean before I get any membership.
After now using Jilly’s Car Wash for the 4th time, I can say that the good news is that 85% of my car comes out super clean. The bad news is that ONLY 85% of my car comes out clean. For some reason, their machinery seems to miss washing most of the right side and back of my vehicle. It also seems to totally miss the running boards and wheel wells. So, if you’re looking to get 85% of your vehicle nice and clean, this is the place for you!
Convenience: 4/5 Location is great however, some days I'll wait up to 20 minutes in line. Quality: 1/5 The brushes are prone to scratching and chiping vehicles due to workers not properly rinsing vehicles upon entry, brushes don't even touch the passenger side of vehicles, air blowers are all noise no dry. Bird poop seems to be a challenge for Jillys to clean off. Air pressure hoses near the vacuuming stations are also frequently missing... Price: 3/5 I paid $506.27 for the Annual Exterior Everything with Ceramic, equaling $42.18/month. Paying that much and needing to either go through the wash multiple times to get the same non-cleaning results, or needing to hand clean my vehicle afterwards is not good...
Everything was good until this incident. I had purchased my new car less than 30 days prior and, with my unlimited membership, I washed my vehicle multiple times a week at the Glendale location. One day in late February 2026, I entered the carwash with my car intact, but it came out with $3800 in damage to my shark fin roof antenna. I filed a claim with Jilly's, which they denied, stating their equipment did not fail. Equipment doesn't have to fail to cause damage. After reading other damage reviews, it seems the brushes' RPMs are set too high, causing blunt force that induces lacerations and abrasions, like the damage to my roof antenna. I had to involve my insurance to begin a subrogation claim. Avoid this place if you value your car, time, and money.
I would avoid this place. I wash may car often and thought I would try Jilly's this month. I dry it everytine never had these paint chips. They are all the way through paint primer to metal on the left and right sides in the exact same spot and just appeared after the wash. Lexus GX behind window nearest 3rd row. My headlights are also all scratched, but you kind of expect that from a a tunnel "soft" touch, but not to do what it did to the paint. Very disappointed.
