The staff were so pleasant and sweet! They are very polite and the coffee was some of the best I've ever had. The breakfast sandwich was also very well made. I will definitely come here again!

Shoutout to the Starbucks on Mequon Rd in Germantown. I stopped in today with a larger order for 13 Refreshers and treats. Of course, I needed the order quickly. The Starbucks team got after it with no grumbling, getting the order done so I could make my meeting on time. They even helped me carry it out to the car! Thank you! My customers were very grateful for the surprise and I appreciated you all making it happen. Kudos from the lady in the SERVPRO sweater. I’ll be back, but next time at a slower pace.

I like coffee shops, and Starbucks is not my favorite, but they are predictable. This one a nice spot for some mint tea, and a clean table to read.

Drive through only? I understand staffing issues but this is ridiculous. One star and if I wasn't stuck in line getting coffee for people at work I wouldn't even be here. If you like your Java I'm sure it's not going to matter to you. But if you're casual and don't really care. Steer clear you don't need to deal with lines from hell.
