I had a very positive experience working with Chris Moebius as my realtor. As a first-time homebuyer, I was unfamiliar with the process and unsure where to start. Chris was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and taking the time to explain each step along the way. He guided me through the entire process and knew exactly what to look for when buying a home. He was also very responsive and always available to show me homes I was interested in seeing. Premier Point is superb! Our agent Melissa and broker Jodi were absolutely amazing to work with for selling our home. Melissa put together a fantastic listing that really stood out, really professional, there were flyers outlining updates and inclusion list, shoe covers and lighting recommendations, all things that would be overlooked but the attention to detail made everything look great! Communication was always super smooth and quick through the whole process. They were easy to talk to, always on top of things. We felt supported every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Chris Moebius was really nice to work with. He was recommended to me by a coworker and he exceeded my expectations for the sale of our first home. He was very responsive and flexible, especially when we had to delay listing due to an unexpected flooding situation.
