I love libraries They had some of what I needed but the librarian wrote down other places where I could get what I needed

This is a public library in the monarch system. The staff are helpful and there are lots of resources for patrons. I used a small study room and found it adequate for my needs although the chairs were frighteningly filthy! They looked like someone had urinated in them and desperately needed cleaning or replacement. I couldn't find any replacements so I immediately washed my clothes when I got home. I know budgets are tight but cleanliness in today's climate is more than next to a deity, it's required!!!!
