I love coming here to study. Some people say it’s too loud, but if you get a study room, I’ve never had a problem with noise. My friends and I come here for group projects often and they have a multi person study room that is amazing! Also, great book selection and the librarians are super nice!

One thing I hear over and over again from village residents is how much they love our Germantown Wi Library! Not only is it a good sized building, with tons of books, cds, movies and other resources, it hits a wide range of interest when it comes to programming! Programs include author visits, puzzle contests, live reenactors like Jessica Michna portraying famous women like Mary Lincoln, they may have a cooking class, craft classes, art displays and contests for patrons, an annual book sale, and a basket sale. The recent addition of little playhouses in the patio gives kids an outdoor space to use their imaginations and expends some noise and energy! The staff is friendly and helpful. From every visit I have made into the library over my years living in Germantown, I understand why residents rave about the Germantown Community Library!

My kids' favorite place to be! The youth staff are so friendly and kind, and remember my kids every time we go in! My kids ask to go to story time with Nibbles every week! There is a great variety of books for all ages, and even some toys for the kids to play quietly. The adult selection is huge and the staff are so helpful and kid too!
