I always receive outstanding service from Tony Vetter every time I visit the Chase Bank in Germantown. He is consistently helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Tony recently helped me navigate some online banking issues with my accounts, and he handled everything with ease. He gave me complete confidence that my accounts and money were in good hands with Chase. Thank you Tony, for providing the level of customer service that customers like myself truly rely on. Your professionalism and support make every visit a positive experience.

I had an issue with an international wire transfer and was fortunate to be helped by Anthony Vetter at the Chase Bank in Germantown. His professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-through were excellent. He took the time to understand the issue and make sure everything was resolved smoothly from a Corporate compliance standpoint. It’s rare to find that level of service these days—thank you, Anthony!

I visited this location to open a new account. The warm welcome that I’ve received from George was amazing! Great customer service at this location. To top it off, Art who helped me open a new account was very helpful, knowledgeable, and outstanding throughout the entire process! He answered all my questions that I provided. I definitely recommend this branch. Keep up the good work guys!!

I live in Cedarburg and drive down especially to use this bank. I have always had the kindest and most professional tellers. I recently had an issue where my car was totaled and I had to wait a bit for my insurance check. While waiting for a check, I found a car that I was anxious to buy but had to wait until my check cleared at Chase. After 48 hours, my check was still not cleared. I called Chase and they were so helpful in getting me connected with corporate, they gave me the number and extension to resolve my issue. On more than one occasion I have been in contact with... Eric? Derick? Mark? Sorry, I will edit with his name after my next visit! At any rate, he is wonderful. Very talkative and engaging while he processes my deposits and payments. I appreciate his positive demeanor when doing something tedious like going to the bank.

Rude lady (manager?) if you’re at the tellers her desk is on the floor to the left. She came up and forced me to wear a mask. She stopped her transaction and interrupted mine rudely to do so. I have a medical condition which is why I don’t wear one.
