Received a call from someone at this location verifying that I wrote a check to someone who was trying to cash it. Instead of asking for my personal details or even the account number, anything to verify it was me, she asked me when I wrote it! What does that matter, and how does that help determine anything?! I told her I wrote it out a couple weeks ago and dated it for yesterday! Her tone and the stupid questions really made me feel like a criminal! The person cashing it was not impressed either with this person and left feeling the same way I do! The $10 fee to cash a check at this bank is ridiculous, that definitely doesn’t bring in new customers!

I have been a BMO costumer for about 10 years and never had a problem with their service. Last month we needed a bunch of extra things from them because we are planning to move out of the country and they went above and beyond to help us. Special thanks to the Manager Sharon who created a letter that we needed.

Being an older guy I often lament the lack of service in this new age. Yesterday I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service Wendy Herrera displayed in helping me with an estate matter. I am not a customer, I wasn't buying anything, really purely a servicing transaction. Yet she and BMO Germantown showed me a level of service that I don't even get at my BMW dealership! Thank you Wendy!

Had a great experience receiving assistance selling a vehicle privately. Wendy took the time to sit down with myself and the buyer and walk us through the process, ensuring that the money was transferred safely and quickly. Thanks!

I came to BMO today and worked with Ricardo. He helped me with everything and got me out the door in 30 minutes. He was fast, friendly, professional, and straight to the point making sure I understood everything. That's great customer service!
