If you are in the Germantown area, just passing through or looking for an amazing food spot outside of Chicago or Milwaukee this place is a must! Their smash burgers are unbelievably amazing! Fried cheese curds with a fire Chipotle ranch (not pictured cause they were devoured)! Homemade chips that we had seasoned with salt and vinegar...and wow they pack a delicious punch...Don't forget the french onion dip with them (it's a must)! Jake and his crew were amazing as always! We have been here many times over the years and they never disappoint! The vibe is just that a VIBE! You feel like you are off the beaten path and the interstate is minutes from this fantastic spot! First visit. I'm from out of town and thought the location was out of the way and surrounded by beautiful country. I had the BixenMack and my friend had the Bixenburger. Quite possibly some of the biggest and best smash burgers anywhere. A decent tap selection is available. Parking is no problem. Seating can be tight during heavy times. You might have to wait. The serving gals were beautiful, fast and friendly. I though it was also a great value. Lots of locals which is always a good sign.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed this place—it truly feels like a hidden gem. We stopped in for a late lunch around 3:30 PM on a Saturday, and the experience was great from the start. The bartender who served us was very friendly, welcoming, and quick to take care of us. They have an excellent drink selection, and I especially enjoyed the tap beer. The menu offers a nice variety as well. We ordered a couple of appetizers, some beers, two main dishes, and a dessert, and everything came out quickly, fresh, and full of flavor. The atmosphere also stood out, with a charming German, old-world feel that added a nostalgic touch to the whole experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

I travel to Milwaukee from Texas every 4 months and i decide to try Bicenberg on a Wednesday. The salt & vinegar chips are the freshes and best textured and flavored chips ive ever had at a restaurant. I got the double Bixenberg burger and it was perfectly made. The bartender was very versatile when it came to the beer recommendations. They nailed it. I would definitely consider eating here if you come to town or live here.

Very happy with our visit here. Food was incredible. Awesome smash burgers and some of the best cheese curds I've had in a while. Nice open space. Good sized bar. Staff was fast and friendly. Definitely recommend
