Outstanding hotel and service! The hotel itself was clean and nice. Room was comfortable, clean and very accommodating, and the staff that we met was very nice. Location is good, price was reasonable and breakfast selection was fine. Thanks for providing us with a nice place to stay.

Normally when you think of a Best Western it’s at the bottom as far as cleanliness and comfort. This hotel was the exact opposite. Great beds, great shower and awesome breakfast. We were there on a golf trip, and we were really surprised.

Solid Stay, Met All the Basics Our stay at the Best Western Germantown Inn was exactly what we needed for a simple, comfortable trip. The rooms were clean and well-kept, with everything in good working order. The pool area was also clean and inviting, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast was decent and had enough options to get the day started right. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. Overall, this hotel met all the basic requirements for a decent stay—clean rooms, a clean pool, and a breakfast that covered the essentials. If you’re looking for a straightforward, reliable place to stay in Germantown, this is a good option.

From the outside in. The parking lot was well kept. Landscaping was great. Beautiful lobby. The front desk person was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Medium size bathroom. It even had a jacuzzi. Will definitely go back.
