I was looking for a supplier that was closer to home and competitive on pricing to the big ones. I found American Paper & Packaging and decided to give them a try. Placed my first order this morning and it was delivered by their own guy in their own truck not more than 4 hours after I finalized the order. They've been great to work with and I'm looking forward to continuing in the future.

It’s been a great experience working with this company. I use their boxes for my e-commerce store and the boxes are high quality. The entire team at American Paper is so friendly and accommodating, especially Angie and Noah. The products are ready very quickly. Would definitely recommend for anyone or any business needed boxes or supplies.

I ordered boxes online. The order total did not meet the 500$ min. The website does not alert you to that min. I placed the order back in Nov of 2024. Now after leaving several messages, I finally called back until I spoke to someone to find out they cancelled my order and sent me an "email" telling me that. NOT HAPPY.

I used to get good service by being able to pick up orders. Now they won't let you pick up and almost doubled the delivery cost ! Not a good way to keep customers happy

AP&P has always provided exceptional service and can get the necessary supplies very quickly. We're a smaller customer that picks up supplies, and everything is always ready and organized well. The warehouse workers always offer to help bring the supplies to the car. AP&P is a great company to work with!
