From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed as a customer by the fantastic team. Karina, Ethan, Kathy, and Josiah were exceptionally polite, courteous, and attentive throughout my visit. They handled my order with genuine care, making sure everything was crafted perfectly to my liking. It is rare to experience such consistently friendly and efficient hospitality during a quick coffee run. Overall, the excellent service from this amazing group truly made my day, and I look forward to coming back!

Stopped in this morning and the manager thats running the drive thru is rude and seems to always be in a disgruntled mood. This was not the first time we came across this but she seems to not really want to be there. From someone who deals with customers on a daily basis, theres no reason for her to be rude at all.

Every time I order a Carmel frap this kid puts the Carmel crumbs on top even though it’s NOT PART OF THE DRINK. It’s always the young Asian/Pacific Islander kid every time. I’ve had other employees make it no prob but he just can’t seem to get it right. Several times it’s been busy I couldn’t even get my drink remade. Don’t even wanna come here cause it’s a 50/50 chance my order is made wrong….

I used to come to this location faithfully multiple times a week before I moved. I always order a brown sugar shaken espresso (my favorite drink and basically all I ever order.) The customer service is always great! I stopped in the other day and my drink tasted bitter and just “off.” I had my son go in and ask if they could remake it for me. I was so impressed with the lady who assisted me with remaking my drink. She came out to my car multiple times to serve me and ultimately made sure I was satisfied before leaving. As someone who has previously worked in customer service as a waitress, I 100% value this kind of customer service! Thank you so much!!

If you wanna walk in and be completely ignored and not greeted at all… then this is the place for you… I understand busy but acknowledging someone who walks in should be an automatic… especially bc other people who seemed to be regulars were nicely greeted.. it was just uncomfortable.. especially when you have a crew of 5-6 behind the counter…. It’s just weird and also there was a girl who was warming up sandwiches right next to where I stood and just avoided eye contact to not have to talk to me or greet… just strange.. love my chai and trying to get my fill before the change but prob not gonna come back.
