Great thrifting here at the Franklin Restore - which provides revenue for the Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity. Building supplies, yard & garden, housewares, kitchen items, and tons of home & business furniture in a clean and easy to browse environment. Update 5/9/26- Wandered through and noticed some new lawn mowers - I dont recall seeing these offered before. Lots of couches, some appliances and other items. Fairly priced IMO.

The “good deals” here are few and far between. Wonder what the people donating the furniture to a non-profit would think of them attempting to resell it for $300-$1,200 (for a vintage table) rather than pass on a good deal to a community member who shops second hand out of necessity. One positive thing is the store is large.

This is the biggest one that I have ever seen. Great lay out, wonderful selection. A few pieces priced a bit high, but overall the best pricing of any restore I’ve been in.

A spacious, well maintained and clean facility. Lots of household items to choose from. Decent prices for many of the items. Your best bet is to come on days when items are signficantly reduced. Got a set of kitchen cabinets that were in great shape at a great price. You can drop off your donations at a separate entrance on the north side. Super friendly and helpful staff and volunteers.
