Hunger Task Force Farm is a farm in Franklin that spans 208 acres and works to provide healthy fresh food to families in need. Our team grows over 70 varieties of 28 different crops, including apples, tomatoes, and pumpkins, which are harvested by volunteers. We utilize practices like crop rotation, drip irrigation, and beekeeping to nurture the land. Our operations also manage fields, forests, and wetlands for habitat restoration. Thousands of farm-raised trout and panfish are stocked for urban fishing ponds, supporting the local ecosystem. We also offer a Farm-to-School program for nutrition education.
