Fun place. Sample room for wine. They also sell cherry. I found d it cool to go out in the vineyards. You can buy a bucket and pick your own love this place

Great tastings with some great wines. You can also get a sample size if you don't want too much. We ended up buying a few bottles after the tasting. Also had a delicious wine slush. Lots of interesting items in the store as well. Very friendly staff. Worth a stop!

Wow what a place. We love coming to Door County and this is a must stop place. We got a cheese and cracker plate and had a bottle of wine out on the covered patio. Beautiful place to come and do a wine tasting.

We had such a great time visiting Lautenbach’s Orchard Country—it’s one of those places that truly captures the charm of Door County. From the moment you walk in, there’s just so much to take in, and it’s easy to spend way more time there than you planned (in the best way). The variety of products is incredible. If you love anything cherry, this is your place. We tried several of their cherry treats and everything was delicious—especially the syrups and baked goods. The donuts were fresh and so good, and we also picked up some salsa that had a really unique flavor. They also offer wine, which adds to the overall experience and makes it feel like more than just a quick stop—it’s a place to linger and enjoy. One of my personal favorites was the chocolate-covered caramels—absolutely amazing and definitely something I’d go back for. Beyond the food, they also have a really fun retail section with Door County and Wisconsin-themed items. We found some great swag and gifts that felt unique and not overly touristy. Another highlight was their candle selection. There were so many to choose from, with a wide range of scents, and it was hard to narrow it down. They also had beautiful, delicate Christmas ornaments that would make such special keepsakes or gifts, especially if you’re visiting the area. Lautenbach’s Orchard Country is more than just a store—it’s an experience. It feels warm, inviting, and full of personality. Whether you’re looking for great food, local wine, unique gifts, or just a fun stop while exploring Door County, this place is absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

WOW, WOW, WOW! Easily our favorite winery and experience in Door County! Do not have enough good things to say about Lautenbachs!☺️ We were in DC for 4 days, and stopped here 3x! Once per recommendation of a friend, 2nd time was for the trolley tour, and 3rd was our last stop before we went back home to Milwaukee. They have something for everyone- a winery experience, family fun with lots of games for the kids, a beautiful walk through their orchards, a food truck, a market filled with a wide variety of delicious goodies and souvenirs to bring home! They really treat you like family here. We bought 4 jars of cherry salsa 🍒, this stuff is like no other! Some of our other favorites were cherry horse radish, plenty of jams, of course coming home with wine, lots of bakery goods, and be sure to sample the crisp and refreshing cherry apple juice! They have so many samples out, so you can pick and choose your favorites. This place is a must see when you plan your weekend in Door County! A family owned place with lots of history!
