I was using photo service and had difficulty. An employee was most helpful. Later, it was apparent that the store was short staffed. Rosa handled it all well and was very helpful to me.

Avoid this Walgreens. I tried to have a prescription refilled. I was told that it was out of stock and they would order more. I followed up when I did not hear anything after 5 days. I was told it was supposed to be received that day but may not be able to be filled that day. I heard nothing about the prescription for over 24 hours so I checked the status online just to find out it wasn’t even listed on my site. It was just gone. I called and was told by the Pharmacist that it was on back order and is not available. There had been no message to me about this-none. When I told the Pharmacist that I was unhappy with how this was communicated to me ( or really not communicated to me) she actually hung up on me.

As a former employee of this location, I went in today to shop and visit an old coworker as it is the closest Walgreens to my house. An employee named Amber was at the cash register. While I was shopping and talking with an old coworker, this employee decided to make remarks and harass me under her breath, but loud enough so I could hear. I checked out in photo to avoid conflict and as I walked out the door not saying anything to Amber at the register. She then continues to make remarks as Im walking out the door. She was trying to provoke a hostile reaction from me. The shift lead involved heard all the interaction. I am a paying customer and despite her feelings she may have towards me or anyone... it was unprofessional and the remarks made are harassing and involve a write up or termination.

I have prescriptions for 90 days supply, insurance ok with it but Walgreens not. They approve just 30 days. During last 30 I had to drive to them THREE times because they didn’t have in stock. Now I’m looking for different place. I heard someone bought Walgreens.

Entering the store, my parents and I were welcomed by this wonderful employee named David, not like any typical obligated “hello”, his felt genuine. Once we were all ready to pay, he began to talk about the importance of school and graduating which was very needed at the moment because I was feeling extremely overwhelmed and just thinking about the easy route. Overall, I enjoyed my visit at this walgreens and am glad to have come across such professional and helpful person!
