We absolutely love the atmosphere, food, and service. Our waitress tonight gave us a special dessert for our wedding anniversary. She was so sweet! We visit here at least twice a year and if we lived closer we would be here so much more often! If you have not tried Tavos in Elm Grove, please visit soon! You will not be disappointed!

As soon as we walked into this fine establishment, we were immediately welcomed with kindness and open arms. Avi, the manager was very down to earth. Avi is the definition of what it means to be a great leader. He truly embodies the spirit and the necessary characteristics to be a great manager. Stephanie, our waitress was extremely kind. She was fast with her delivery. Consistent. And most of all, she had an extremely positive attitude. Thank you!

I only gave 3 stars because I ordered the pastor taco dinner but there was no pineapple in it. I specifically order "pastor" because I love pineapple, pineapple is the star of the dish! So you can only imagine my disappointment when the best part of the meal was missing. The dinner came with three tacos, your choice of flour or corn tortilla. White rice, black beans. And 1 container of red hot sauce. I didn't have the option to choose what sauce I wanted since I ordered through an app. I would have preferred the green mild sauce. Lime wedges would have been nice too.

Recommend calling ahead as they will be busy. Got seated immediately and ordered an app (salsa and chips) along with 2 drinks. Then ordered meals and had a delicious pineapple pastor as well as fish tacos. Stunning presentation and tasting food! Will return for sure.

I’m so excited to have a new quality restaurant in Elm Grove! Excellent first experience for lunch! I had the chicken enmoladas, and my friend had the steak fajitas…unique with carrots zucchini and baby bella mushrooms, and perfectly prepared. Highly recommend! We would order the same again, but I want to try the whole menu!
