We love our experience here. Our little one is very timid with strangers and this practice has really made him feel comfortable and excited for appointments. The fact that they even promote reading as part of a dentist is is AMAZING!
Came here from another dentist where the communication and patient service was lacking and I have to say- PlayWell Pediatric Dentistry beyond exceeded our expectations! Everyone from the front desk to the assistants and the doctor are phenomenal! They are up front about their pricing, happy to answer questions and provide very thorough and helpful insights about your child’s dental health! This is not a place that is out to take your money- they are truly here for the kids and their dental care! We are very grateful for everyone on this team and will be patients here until they age out! They love the Legos and the books as well!
From the moment we walked into Dr. Jadin’s office, we felt something very special. My daughter is only 7 years old and extremely anxious about visiting the dentist, so as a parent, I was nervous too. But the warmth, kindness, and patience shown by the entire team completely changed our experience. Miss Teresa and Mr. Chris welcomed her so lovingly and immediately made her feel safe and important. They spoke to her so gently, engaged with her constantly, and made every effort to ease her fears. One thing that truly touched my heart was how they let children choose a little stuffie that wraps around their finger — such a small gesture, yet it meant the world to my daughter and instantly made her smile. When Dr. Jadin walked in, the entire atmosphere became lighter. He has such a warm, charismatic personality that children naturally feel comfortable around him. He sang while talking to my daughter, kept her engaged the entire time, and with the TV and cheerful environment around her, the tension simply disappeared. Watching someone turn a fearful dental visit into such a positive experience is truly rare and worth appreciating deeply. After our first visit, we trusted him enough to move forward with multiple procedures including 3 extractions, cavity work, and tooth maintainers under anesthesia, based on his advice. As parents, handing your child over for anesthesia is incredibly emotional and frightening, but the team made us feel supported every step of the way. The anesthesiologist was absolutely wonderful — calm, reassuring, and highly professional. After the procedure, my daughter was disoriented, confused, and crying loudly as the anesthesia wore off, and honestly, it was a difficult moment for us as parents. But the team stayed patient, compassionate, and supportive throughout. We were guided properly, reassured, and told what to expect. True to their words, she settled down within 2–3 hours. What amazed me most is that after multiple extractions, my daughter, Shanaya had almost no pain. That speaks volumes about the quality of care and skill Dr. Jadin and his team provide. I have lived in and visited 4 different countries and have seen many dentists across the world, but this experience stands out on an entirely different level. It is not just about dental work — it is about humanity, compassion, warmth, and the beautiful environment this team has built for children and families. Hands down, this is the best pediatric dental experience we have ever had, and I would recommend Dr. Jadin and his incredible team to any parent without hesitation. Sorry for the long post, but I truly hope this helps even one worried parent make the right decision for their child. As a parent, I know how emotional and stressful dental visits can feel, especially when your child is anxious or needs major dental work. Honestly loved this place! My daughter was very difficult and definitely not easy. Dr Jadin was amazing and handled the whole situation so well! Plus his office is so much fun with all the Legos and the tvs on the ceiling for kids to watch their favorite show. Absolutely recommend!
My 4 year old just had his first visit at this office and I am very impressed. At the end of the visit my son announced that he had fun at the dentist. Later when we got home, he asked when he can go back to the dentist! Dr. Jadin and all of the staff had very fun and welcoming energies. 5 stars are more than well-deserved.
