Alex has been doing my hair since I was a little girl, going on about 18 years now. Since I was a little girl, I loved going to get my hair done with Alex and I always knew I wanted Alex to do my wedding hair someday. Piccola Salon was the first vendor I booked for our wedding, even before the venue, as I wanted to make sure Alex was available to do my hair- all the women at Piccola are wonderful, but since Alex has been doing my hair and has been part of my life for so long, it was important to me that she be part of our special day. I also had the opportunity to work with her sister, Sierra, who did my wedding makeup. My wedding hair and makeup trials were so fun, it gave me a sneak peek to visualize how everything would come together. I didn’t give them much to go on as I trusted their creative eye to do something beautiful. Every little girl dreams of feeling like a princess on her wedding day, and Alex and Sierra made sure I felt just like that- a princess, so beautiful and confident. Both Alex and Sierra’s kind, warm, and bubbly personalities made for a fun and calm getting ready experience with my girls on my wedding day. They made sure to make us all feel pampered and everyone was so happy with how their hair and makeup looked. I am so grateful to them for being part of my special day! Alex and Sierra made us feel so beautiful for our wedding day. Sierra chose makeup that best suited myself and my wife, and our party. None of us wear makeup frequently so, Sierra provided us all with natural looks that made us glow. Her friendly and energetic demeanor made us feel comfortable during a morning that could’ve been very hectic. Alex from the start was an amazing communicator, very supportive and professional. She listened to the needs of our bridal party and us for how we wanted our hair to look. My bride and I both have curly/textured hair and originally were nervous with finding someone that could create a look that would feel natural. Alex did an amazing job and portraying our style - and ensured that our hair withheld all the dancing the night had to offer. We will definitely be back in the future for other services!

I had an amazing experience with Piccola Salon for my wedding, and I highly recommend them! From the start, their professionalism and attention to detail stood out. After the trial run, I left feeling completely confident going into my wedding for both my hair and makeup. I am a novice when it comes to makeup and very indecisive. Sierra listened, offered great suggestions helping to steer the conversation, making sure it was what I wanted and felt myself. Alex was phenomenal, she took my inspiration photos for hair and made it work with my vision and hair accessories. On the day of my event, the team was timely, finishing ahead of schedule, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. My bridesmaids and I felt pampered the entire time, and the final result was exactly what I wanted (if not better!). They were easy to work with, friendly, and very skilled. If you're looking for top-notch service, a team that makes you feel comfortable, and beautiful results, I would reserve them for your wedding date!

I had my trial a few months before the wedding and knew immediately I was in great hands. Natalia made my hair look perfect on our wedding day. I had a half up/half down style to start the day and she came to our venue to then switch my hair to an updo for dancing! I was in love with my hair and my entire bridal party was ecstatic with theirs as well. Natalia brought a calm, but fun energy to the morning of getting ready. I wish I lived near Elm Grove because Natalia would be my hair stylist for everything.

I booked Piccola Salon for my wedding in June and had such a good experience. My trial went really well too! Alex had no problem putting in the hair extensions I provided, and styled my hair exactly how I envisioned. Sierra did an amazing job on my makeup too! All of my bridesmaids looked so beautiful and got their looks exactly how they wanted. They were professional, punctual, and did amazing work! I couldn't have asked for a better team to help complete my wedding day.
