Building custom luxury homes for over 50 years
My home could not be more perfect, we moved in May 2024! Kings way was so enjoyable and helpful to work with building our custom home. They were very responsive to questions and concerns. The quality is pristine. We love our home!
Bought a beautiful home from them, but the service after has been horrible. Exterior trim on my entire home started rotting after 3 years. Owner (Craig Caliendo) came to look at it, said he’d help with a solution, admitted the wood shouldn’t be rotting so bad, but hasn’t helped at all, won’t return calls or emails. Admitted the wood was bad-and that he doesn’t use it on homes anymore. Front of home was leaking water inside. Would not recommend this builder.
We love our beautiful 2021 custom built Kings Way home! Initial sales and contract development were handled very professionally and with our best interest in mind. Wonderful craftsmanship and attention to detail. Excellent architectural, exterior and interior design resources were provided. Built a fairly large custom home with Kingsway and after the whole process was finished I would build with them again. Friendly, helpful sales folks in the front end. Super for the project was very responsive and kept things moving. No major issues, fixed one or two small things right away. All people we worked with were down to earth. Was told about 10-12 months to finish and it was done in just over 10 months. They seem to know what they are doing, materials seem high quality, and all the subs did excellent work. Two year update: House is still beautiful and really nothing to report for our punch list. Would do it all over again. Four year update: Besides filling a drywall crack or two, place still looks and performs as new.
Kings Way built a custom home for our family in 2011. The company's sales team did an excellent job of capturing our ideas, their sought-after in-house architect did a phenomenal job of designing a beautiful and extremely livable house that we enjoyed for many years, our project manager went above and beyond in making sure that every custom detail was done just right (including some he worked overtime on weekends to do himself), their office staff was professional and responsive at all times, and their leadership was fair and honest throughout the process. We recently made the difficult decision to part with our wonderful Kings Way home, and it sold quickly and for a fair price while other homes in our neighborhood sat on that market, in large part because of its obvious design and build quality. In the eight years we lived in the home, we had no problems aside from the occasional and unavoidable nail pop and regular maintenance items that are part of owning a home. Building a custom home is inherently a difficult, time-consuming, but ultimately rewarding process. Based on our experience with Kings Way, from initial meeting to sale of the home, we would work with them again.
