Best steaks and hamburger (flavored ones) in the area. We’ve shopped local and farmers markets and this is our favorite butcher for those items. We normally pick up a snack like jerky or beef sticks at checkout bc we want to not bc there’s any up-sale. The customer service is usually lacking, but we don’t need much help. We’re in and out. When I eat their steak, I can eat every single bite which is rare. That says something to me, so we continue to buy even if pricey. Breakfast sausage and links are just ok in my opinion. So we spend our money on the beef products.

We got our fresh turkey here. It was delicious, had a great earthy flavor. Very moist, breast was larger than typical. Best turkey so far. They have great cuts of meat if you are looking for something special. Appeared as though they were dry aging some beef but I'm not an expert.

It was fine. Reasonably priced meat. Meat is fresh. Lots of variety. However, there was a sign for me to ask about pheasant so I did, and the lady rudely told me “no” when I asked if they had pheasant. She didn’t give me a thank you after I purchased the steaks. No smile. Nothing. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or didn’t want to work with a person of color, but it was off putting. She was not personable at all. The man was very nice but I took too long so the lady ended up helping me. At this point, I could’ve just waited for the man to be free and have him help me instead because, for a first time customer, this lady’s lack of customer service makes me not want to go back. Customer service matters more than the product.

Quickly becoming my favorite butcher. The heat n eat meals are all very good so far. I just wish I could find the beef Shawarma one day.

Kettle Range had a beautiful selection of meats as well as plenty of other goodies! There was plenty of cheese, beer, wine, etc. to make this a perfect stop on your way to a friend's party. They also offered pre-assembled one bag meal kits to go which looked very cool! Everything looked fresh, local, and delicious. I picked up a couple of steaks that we grilled and they were excellent. Prices were good for the quality, and the fact that you are supporting a local business that sells meats without hormones or antibiotics. Friendly and helpful service as well! Sign up for their rewards - every $200 you spend earns you $10 back. I look forward to returning!
