Community UMC – A Church that Truly Lives Up to Its Name I absolutely love this church and the church family here. Coming from a church where I had been a member for decades — and no one reached out when I left — I’ve found it’s been incredible to find a place where people genuinely care about you, your spiritual growth, and your whole well-being. They reach out regularly because they care, you’re not just a number. Community UMC is overflowing with opportunities to connect, serve, and grow. The number of ministries, activities, and ways to get involved is almost overwhelming — in the best possible way. You can participate as little or as much as you want and always feel welcomed and valued. What makes this church stand out is its focus on every aspect of life: spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical. Their emphasis on intergenerational service and activities is truly inspiring, and their deep commitment to local nonprofits goes far beyond financial support — they actively educate and engage the congregation in understanding the real needs throughout southeastern Wisconsin. And perhaps most importantly, Community UMC is a place where everyone belongs.
