Not helpful, not good for children not good for adults (as someone who went to ECA years ago) this corporation is money hungry and loves giving kids unnecessary medication along with housing violent offenders next to non violent (for those under 18)
Money hungry and they hire filthy minded people. Just look at Eau Claire Academy, you’ll understand. Raking in 10,000+ a month from each childs family/ county, and can’t even properly heat or clean the place, hire qualified employees, or fix anything properly. Painting over everything doesn’t fix the issue by the way.
