This was my first massage w/ Jerome and It wasn't quite what I expected for my first ever sports massage. I explored the reviews and his website before I made the decision to book him for a sport massage, I mentioned to him that I wanted to do 90 min massage prior to my appointment and we agreed that it would be fine. When I arrived he kept asking if I wanted 60 mins and I said i wanted to the 90 mins. He proceeded to only give me a 60 min massage and disregarded what I asked. Granted he only charged for the 60 mins. I felt that as a paying client he wasn't fully listening to my needs, the customer service wasn't as good as mentioned in previous reviews, or, he may only give great service to his current clientele. This appointment did not leave me with a great impression of his services, it felt rushed, lackadaisical, and disappointing since this was my first massage since early 2024. I think Jerome is a amazing and great LMT, but unfortunately, I didn't get that full experience this time around, but hopefully it will be different for other people in the future.
