Cooking class
Join a class at The Osthoff Resort to learn how to make Hollandaise and Béarnaise sauces from scratch. You will also poach eggs and prepare a full meal of chicken or pork cutlet with asparagus and baby red potatoes. This class costs $79 per person, plus tax and fees, and includes two complimentary beverages.
