Holiday Pies & Tarts

Join a hands-on baking class at The Osthoff Resort focusing on holiday pies and tarts. You will learn essential pastry techniques and work with classic doughs like pâte sucrée and pâte brisée to create festive desserts, including brown butter apple tart, pumpkin praline pie, cranberry pie, and pecan pie. Each person attending will receive two complimentary beverages; the cost is $79 per person, plus tax and fees, and class tickets are non-refundable.

The Elk Room at The Osthoff Resort & Spa is a bar in Elkhart Lake. We offer hot coffee, specialty espresso drinks, and fresh pastries in the mornings, transitioning to seasonal cocktails, spirits, an extensive wine list, and craft microbrews later in the day. Our space features floor-to-ceiling windows and lounge seating.
