Croissant Dough & Lamination

You will learn the methods for making traditional French croissants. You'll mix and prepare the dough, then practice the folding and lamination process to shape layered pastries. Each person attending receives two free drinks. The cost is $79 per person, plus tax and fees, and tickets are not refundable.

The Elk Room at The Osthoff Resort & Spa is a bar in Elkhart Lake. We offer hot coffee, specialty espresso drinks, and fresh pastries in the mornings, transitioning to seasonal cocktails, spirits, an extensive wine list, and craft microbrews later in the day. Our space features floor-to-ceiling windows and lounge seating.
