A two-day breadmaking workshop happens at The Osthoff Resort on Friday, October 23, from 5:30-7 PM, and Saturday, October 24, from 10 AM-4 PM. You will learn the 12 steps of bread making, pre-fermented doughs, sourdough, baguettes, and focaccia in a hands-on setting. The $150 per person fee, plus tax and fees, includes a bread baking kit, appetizers, lunch, beverages, and two complimentary drinks; tickets are non-refundable, and you can call for room package rates.
