We had a wonderful time here! We had seats, so i can't speak for the lawn but there was food and drinks available in multiple places.
The bathrooms were clean and the grounds were extremely well kept for a sold out concernt.
We loved the beauty of nature surrounding the venue and the sound was beautiful.
Getting in and out wasn't too bad and we didnt have long wait times at any point for anything.

Alpine is hands down the best outdoor music venue around. The sound is always great, from years and years of Ozzfests to Jimmy Buffett, to more modern artists like Post Malone, Rage Against the Machine, Run the Jewels, Slipknot, Cypress Hill, Alpine is always a memorable concert experience. We lastly went to the Summer or 99 for Creed, A Day to Remember, Sevendust and more! Not a bad seat in the house, one of the last great tailgating venues outside of sporting events, and the party continues inside and definitely into the lawn seating. I want to give Alpine Valley extra kudos to making my trip of entering and exiting the venue with ADA accessibility making it a breeze to for us to get from our parked car to the venue private entrance with golf cart transport, was very impressed and memorable!! My only gripe is, I wish there were more shows booked throughout the summer at this iconic beautiful outdoor venue.

Great venue! Security is thorough and they are actually nice! Great sound! Clean bathrooms too! BUT, it takes FOREVER to get out of the parking lot.

Very easy to find and easy to enter. Exiting will take a while, so be prepared to tailgate AFTER the show. Also, be prepared for a gross farm aroma once you're near the property (horses, cows). The venue is quite large and has an interesting layout. Most of the food, bathrooms, and souvenir booths are at the top of the hill. The food is okay; my favorite was the pizza ($20 for 10" cheese). It would be very helpful if the concession booths had different menus which clearly communicated what is available at each location. Be prepared for a LOT of hiking, even if you have lawn seats. Prices are a bit expensive, however keep in mind that all of the concession booths are operated by VOLUNTEERS trying to earn money for various student groups. Be kind and patient while waiting in the long lines. An odd paradox is that the people who monitor the deck sections are paid, get to sit, and overall don't do much. The sound was great throughout the venue. If anything, the area by the stage was too loud and it was hard to hear the show while in the pavilion building at the top of the hill.

Venue is clean, has a lot of food and merchandise options and is absolutely stunning. That's its best part, beautiful in every direction. The traffic directing in to the venue was on point. The 2 factors that cause a star deduction, and actually had me debating on a 2 star deduction was....#1 the traffic directing out of the venue after the show was absolutely terrible. We were at a dead standstill, not even a half a car movement, for an hour and 20 minutes before even starting to move toward the exit. And #2 the lawn seating has added limitation most outdoor venues do not have. They have a canopy structure down on the ground, in the center, that means anyone sitting on the lawn in the center..I'd say at least third of the lawn cannot see the performers on the stage. That needs to be rethought/reconsidered to allow all customers paying the same price for lawn tickets are allowed the same ability to see the artists they are paying to 'see' perform.
