Burnt Bridge Tavern is a bar & grill in Conover, Wisconsin. Our family took ownership of the business in July 2015, continuing a long tradition in the area. We operate from a historic log cabin that was built after Prohibition, which now serves as our dining room. We added an outdoor bar and completed landscaping updates in the past year. Our kitchen serves from noon to 9:00 pm, and the bar is open from 11:00 am until close, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We celebrated 100 years of operation in September 2021.
