Gave this place three different tries over the past couple years. Each time we were disappointed. Literally any other area Mexican restaurant is better. Food is overpriced, bland, and inauthentic. The patio is gross,with weeds and clutter. The mole in particular is laughable. You'll get about a tablespoon of mole spread across multiple enchiladas. And it'll be orange and flavorless. When you politely ask waitress if the chef forgot the mole and why it's so orange, she'll say it's brown and walk away. No offer of some more mole or how they could make it right, just an arrogant attitude like Rick Bayless is cooking in back, and how silly of a question. I so want this place to be better, but three tries and each time it gets worse.

Dined alone at the bar. Two bartenders took excellent care of me and mixed excellent cocktails. Had a full meal and dessert. All was delicious and felt very welcome. Cool location in an old building with a timber ceiling.

The entire experience was wonderful. The waitress was so friendly and super knowledgeable about the food and drinks. The Barbacoa Adobo Tacos and fixings were just amazing!! The house margarita was one of the best I've ever had as well. My friends and I will definitely be back!

Such a fun place! My friend and I did a trivia night and it was so relaxing and lovely. Food was great and I LOVE the flight of margaritas. The little cups and skillets were delightful. Highly recommend!

I love eating here. The homemade chips & salsa are unique and different and also fantastic. And they do present their margaritas as the world’s best! I don’ t know if it meets this very high standard, but they absolutely are the best Margaritas in Wisconsin! The menu is a mix of traditional and creative Mexican dishes that are fresh and really yummy. I like their steak quesadillas and their different assortment of tacos. Their crispy onion appetizer I would stay away from but really enjoyed their drunken shrimp! Especially on Tuesday as that is trivia night. My wife and I were in first place this Tuesday until the final question. You had to rank the periodic table by atomic number for four elements. In second place was an engineer who knew this stuff. I have not looked at this since fifth grade. So we did not wager on the final question, they wagered 15 and won. But we still got second place and a $20 gift card! I highly recommend a visit.
