Very disorganized. Poor management. Will not bring any items for resale again. Payment very slow. Make sure you read the fine print on your receipt for items to be sold.

I don’t live in the area, but when I visit I make it a point to stop in. I was interested in a piece of framed art that was hanging but not priced, the attendant took my name and number but I never heard back from them. On another visit I was looking at a pair of “diamond” earrings. The attendant said they were diamond and that all the jewelry is authenticated and priced by a jeweler. Avoid buying jewelry here, they were not diamond but CZ. Needless to say I overpaid. Very disappointing. Buyer beware. I’ve done a lot of shopping here, it’s no longer on my go to list.

Not a good place to sell or buy. Tried selling me this for $200. New from Home Depot is 146$. lol. Showed her price and she wouldn’t budge. Amongst years of other iffy dealings and negative vibes all around. Done shopping there.

At first look, this is a beautiful shop. However, it is very, very crowded and badly run. I was told on the phone that I had until the week of Thanksgiving to pick up Unsolved items. Pay close attention to the paper you receive. I had a family member take my items in as they were too large for me to handle, my mistake was losing track of my paper that my daughter received from the owner. When I came in to pick up my items, I was basically called a liar regarding the phone call. Of course no way to prove the Call, unless you’re clever enough to record it! The owner said I was a month late and my beautiful items were now hers! It’s quite a gimmick when you think of it! Unbelievable experience for me – I have dealt with several consignment shops and never experienced anything like that. I now understand the bad reviews – unfortunately didn’t look at them before I picked this shop.

Lots of very unique items. Prices are kind of unrealistic though when you’re out looking for items. Store is also very disorganized so be prepared to take time to search through everything if you’re here to look for something.
