Words cannot express how awesome it was when Dorsey catered my kids wedding at the Cedarburg Art Museum. It all started when they were in a time crunch to find a caterer for their wedding. Dorsey saved the day with the most amazing appetizers, main courses, desserts (cannoli was the best I’ve had ! Even better than Sicily) , drinks and service. Every detail was attended to and the wedding was absolutely amazing! I can’t give enough accolades to the staff. Superb! Everyone was talking about how delicious the food was. As an out of towner, we will be sure to visit Dorsey on our next visit to Cedarburg.

Cedarburg, the town of duplication. Was warm wanted a deli sandwich style lunch Dorsey’s won the afternoon. But fairly disappointed first in the price then the food served. Turkey bacon ranch on GF. This was probably the most basic tasting meal I’ve had. Firstly 25$ for a lunch plate this basic is pushing it… secondly premade cold bacon a version of ranch that just tasted cold and plain dry gf bun with a side of house chips that met humidity… without even the thought of a pickle on the plate. I applaud them for the iced tea though was very refreshing. Service was great. Food 6/10.

The food was amazing! The Carbonnara was a delicious comfort food. The cranberry turkey sandwich was a great mix of salty and sweet. The service was enjoyable and the atmosphere was charming. Live music every other Wednesday, we just missed it. Frozen meals and soups as well as unique desserts. This place is a real gem and I plan on telling everyone I know!!

Wonderful time at Dorsey’s in the historic downtown of Cedarburg, WI. I was searching for a lunch spot with not just the same old burger and fries. This spot checks all the boxes and has an area dedicated to pre-made take home meals and a front counter full of desserts. The cafe has a nice selection of cold sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads etc along with a full line of coffee, lattes, mochas and more. Dorsey’s serves alcoholic beverages too. The vintage looking bar in the center of the room is a great touch. We ordered the chicken salad sandwich and tuna salad sandwich and asked for both of them to be on wraps. We chose pasta salad and Korean BBQ beef soup as our sides. It was tough to pass up the homemade potato chips though. Then, of course we had to take home some desserts: triple chocolate brownie, lemon tort, a fancy sounding bread pudding, and this amazing looking peanut butter and chocolate item. Lastly we grabbed an oven-ready tray of BBQ meatballs. It was a tough call between that and the vegetable lasagna. Service was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Incredibly warm, friendly & delicious! We came in on a cold afternoon for soup, ended up ordering full dinner items and blown away by how delicious everything was! I got the sea scallops almondine & my husband had the pork masala (which was the special). Both were served over risotto. I couldn’t recommend this more highly. I only wished we had room for dessert, but the servings were so generous it looks like we’ll have to come back! It’s somewhat casual - but don’t let that fool you into thinking you aren’t getting an exceptional dinner. Very friendly, served fast, lots of seating. And the town of Cedarburg is like something dreamt up by Norman Rockwell! (And don’t miss checking out the case with to go food!)
