These guys pumps didn't read write.They were shorting me by point four gallons, every five gallons.I had a accurate test vessel(Four of them), and when I reported to them that the amount was off, they didn't care.They told me to go pound sand basically. Stay away!!
Most inefficient car wash I’ve ever been to. Why does it take 7 minutes (yes I timed it) for a single car to go through the wash? Waited in line for over 40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous even for a touch-less car wash.
Took the brand new Bronco through the car wash, after the dry cycle there was soap or wax or something all over it. Looked bad and difficult to remove.
My brand new car was scratched several times during the “touchless” wash. Have to wonder what’s flowing through the nozzles here. When I called to inform the clerk and inquire respectfully how the gas station might make it right, the clerk was dismissive got defensive and disrespectful. Makes me wonder if these are honest business people with a moral compass for right and wrong, or just scammers out to make a buck at the customers expense… 🤔Beware
I just moved to the Cedarburg area, and was really expecting better than this from a small town. I went here just to get a quick car wash and left in tears. I’ve never felt more degraded in my life. Worst customer service I've experienced. I was blamed for “rolling forward” in the car wash when my car was in park the whole time. When I asked for a refund to go somewhere else to try because my car didn’t move an inch I was told that it was “my fault” so I couldn’t get a refund. When I tried to go through a second time (because my car was still covered with soap from the first try through the wash) and the Same Thing happened again (the arm of the car wash hit my front end of my car) I was yelled at a bit more before I was finally given a refund and told to just go somewhere else. I will never come back here.
