Convenience store with gas services in Cascade
Employees are always friendly, but they definitely need new owners. I refuse to buy gas there. My Pick 'n Save Fresh Perks card hasn't worked at their pumps for years. Employee response varies from "Really?" to "We know." to "What's a Fresh Perks card?". It's worked fine at every other BP station I've ever used. Needing to show my driver's license to buy cigarettes at 74 years old is absolutely ridiculous. If it wasn't a mile from my house, I'd never go to this place.
One of the worst sea stars in the area poorly run management of our store requiring photo ID is a joke it's unfortunate that they're inconsistencies at their stores based on lack of training of their own employees requires this inconvenience it's amazing you don't have to have an ID to vote but you need one to buy beer at 66 years old. It would also be nice if they'd actually put inventory in their store the turnover of their employees is incredible. Perhaps they should put the store up for sale if it isn't already. There is a group of investors that would like to run it to help the community and its customers rather than aninconvenience to them
I live in Cascade and will be traveling to Waldo or Plymouth from now on. Rude employees, horrible prices, lacking choices for coffee. It's just a trashy place now since Marshalls sold. I'm not shocked they can never find help. Don't give this establishment your time of day. Keep going
They called me a liar for telling them they had beef jerky for 2.99. Then proceeded to tell me I lied to them and brought me a price tag that said 7.99. So unfortunately I had to show them they had another rack with a very blaze orange sticker on it that indeed say 2.99. They said "that's not supposed to be there." I said "your welcome." This gas station has gone downhill scince Marshalls sold it.
Few people follow social distancing or wear masks in this store. Employees do not wear masks, including the people preparing food. Needs employees to wear masks, and obvious big signs about social distancing. I live in the area and will not go to this gas station or store again. I'll drive to Plymouth. I've lived here over 20 years, you lost my business.
