Truly impressed. When Sam and I from Northeast Ford stopped in to introduce ourselves and drop off a treat, John Mochak was clearly busy at his desk, fully focused on his work. Even so, he immediately took off his glasses, and shook both of our hands. That simple gesture set the tone he made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. We had a short but genuinely enjoyable conversation, shared a few laughs, and never once did he make us feel like we were interrupting his day. What stood out most was his professionalism. It would have been easy for him to brush us off, given how busy he was, but true professionals understand the value of connection, kindness, and the art of giving their time. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish, and it left a strong impression on both of us. John represents his organization with class, respect, and authenticity qualities that are increasingly rare and always appreciated.
