I came here after I used Riddell the first year and wasn't happy with how much I paid. I ended up finding Stadium which was only a hour ride from me I spoke to Joanne explained what I needed got the price and even had my shoulder pads done and they did excellent work. Unfortunately last year they weren't doing the Axiom so ill be checking back to see if they are this year. A+++Customer service and craftsmanship

Set up a gear order with them for my wrestling team. Advertised as a "3-4 week lead time" it took 9 WEEKS to get our gear. Our season was half over. Bob Posey said he would "look into doing something for us" due to the egregious delay and then I never heard back from him again. I have also had issues in the past with some of their screen printing falling apart almost immediately, they also NEVER responded to that. Use someone else.
Terrible. Even though our school seems to use them exclusively, I will never use them again and have been dissuading parents to do same. Custom soccer jacket order placed. I noted on order I wanted his name and number on sleeve (an option they do offer). Order took 8-10 weeks and there was only one game left in season when it arrived. No name and number on sleeve. Multiple attempts to contact them via phone, along their sales email and support email addresses went unanswered.
Hi I purchased a Vicis Helmet last year in August. I was sent the wrong size. I asked for the right size and it was not received until December which my kids football season was over with. According to the head measurements from their site it was still the wrong size. Site recommended a Youth Large. I have called and emailed about replacing the helmet for a smaller size which I finally received a phone call from Joanne stating my helmet is last years helmet and they cannot take it back. She stats I waited a year to call which I received the Helmet in December 2023 and have called and emailed about this matter which I got transferred and no call back. I paid alot of money over $600.00 for this helmet with accessories and to be told I cannot switch out the size because it's last year's helmet. I waited almost 5 months to receive the helmet but I'm told I waited a year. Keep in mind this is the most current model Vicis Zero 2 Helmet. I am so disappointed as customer service has decrease alot since Covid. I recommend ordering directly with Vicis or another company that cares about their customers.
