It’s a McDonald’s, so you pretty much know what you’re getting. But I have to give the North Canaan location real credit for customer service. Somehow they were out of ketchup packets, which could have been the end of the story. Instead, when I asked for ketchup at the drive-thru, the guy said not to worry, grabbed a chicken nugget box, pumped ketchup into it, and brought it back out so I’d have ketchup for my order. That is the kind of problem-solving and customer service you don’t expect at a basic fast-food stop, but definitely appreciate. Food was McDonald’s. Service was better than expected.

Says its open but its actually only the drive through. Pulled up to the drive through and sat there for about 5 minutes with no service despite seeing the cars ahead of us getting its order. Way understaffed or careless. Ended up leaving before anyone showed up.

In recent months, this McDonald's location has completely upgraded their staff and the food is noticeably better-fries have been piping hot last 4 times in a row and 2 cheeseburger meal + chicken sandwiches are coming out much better and hot!

We stopped here for dinner. This place is clean, nice and cozy. I liked sitting by the window watching cars passing by. The staff were nice and helped us to pay our order as there were some issues with the terminal by the touchscreen they have. Hot coffee beverages were not available, but black coffee was. Will definitely stop by again. +1 point for New Year decorations
