We have been dealing with them since their catalog was on newsprint. Things are sent promptly and securely. Only had two problems in all these years, which weren't really problems. A book ordered as a gift had a dent in the cover ( if it was for us, we wouldn't have minded) it was promptly replaced. Another time our order was complete but also had a DVD we hadn't ordered. Wrote and received a letter telling us to keep or give away this extra item. Three thumbs up for this company!

Customer since the 90s, enjoy browsing their site, shipments always well-packaged, books and media always in excellent condition, incredibly low flat rate on shipping, and I have never had an issue with anything. Really like the 'new arrivals' feature which allows me to better keep up with their inventory. Highly recommend trying them.

I have been a customer of theirs, for quite a long time, I always my books through the mail box thru their catalog, they have a great selection of books, to get the deals you would have to act promptly.

I received an unsolicited catalog in mail and decided to give them a try. So happy I did! Great prices on great books! Super fast shipping and very precise processing. Will definitely be purchasing more in the near future.

They have a nice selection of books and movies at reasonable prices with $4 flat rate shipping. Never had an issue with them until my last order when I received a defective item which they quickly replaced. Good business ethics. Will continue to order from them.
