Insurance agency for personal and business needs
I'm very unhappy with my experience. I put in writing to cancel my policy. Andrew took it upon himself to disregard my written request and instead leave it open to try to convince me of something else. I was charged the amount after I said I wanted it cancelled and it looks as though I will be out nearly $400 due to him disregarding my written wishes. Do not recommend at all.
Always there when you need them; strong customer service department. Always have the customer's best interest at heart.
Very efficient, never sells anything you don't need, always friendly
They are quick, friendly and even when on vacations, if you need help they are always there. Heather is the best.
My husband and i love going three Curtis they are very nice and helpful
