They are very friendly out going ladies there, they make you feel comfortable, they ask questions and answer and discuss things, showing that they are really there for their patients. Thank you for all that you do.
The entire staff at the office, on all floors of the building, are so awesome! I always have an easy, helpful, and affordable visit. Elizabeth Russ is an amazing provider who truly works to connect and understand her patients. Her support staff all go the extra mile every interaction. I can get support for everything in one building close to my home which is exactly what I need when it is already so challenging to prioritize my health.

All staff is kind and courteous in ways I never seen before in a medical office. Front staff is easy to make appts with and change with no judgement or issues ever.. I'm a hard client to work with and these people have been so kind to me .. I've never felt more taken care of in my 45 years of seeing medical staff .. thank you CHWC .. I will be with u forever
Everyone i came into contact with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Doctor Russ heard my concerns and got me the treatment and advice I needed. I felt heard and valued, the personal touch was greatly appreciated.
I am so pleased with the excellent care provided to my brother by Dr Humphreys and Isabella (PA). I am health care proxy and attend appointments with him. It is obvious the team here cares deeply about their patients wellbeing. Our visits are thorough and never rushed. The follow up with specialist referrals, prescriptions, etc., is exceptional. The office staff (Tanya) is also excellent (friendly and efficient). Canaan and the surrounding community are very fortunate to have this medical facility. I highly recommend.
