Walked in with a group of 8, ordered, and immediately felt like we overwhelmed the kitchen. Everything came out together, pretty quickly, and my food came out just right. Neat little place.

We had a birthday party for my daughter at Jake's. The service, accommodations, and pricing was great. There were many compliments on a local place to host a party outside of the few spots in FDL. Thank you for helping make the day fun and providing a great experience. Highly recommended for a kid's birthday!

Jake's Village Bowl was the perfect spot to end our night. Paape was so accommodating for our late arrival and offered to turn the fryer back on for us. The food he made was spectacular and the conversation was great. JVB was great, but Paape made it the experience of a lifetime. Will be back soon.

Today was my first time here. My niece and I decided to stiop in just to try the place out. The staff was amazing! The manager, Steve AKA Pappi, was friendly, welcoming and awesome! The patronage was great! The bowling alley itself seems fun! I don't know as I didn't bowl! The food is good! The burgers are highly recommended! I will definitely be back!

Jake's is a great place to go for bowling or to just relax over a few pints and a delicious meal. They have open bowling and leagues. Friendly staff make you feel welcome even if you aren't a "local". You'll be happy you stopped by.
