Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee N-Brown Deer/Mequon by IHG

We stayed here as a business group with a few colleagues and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was nicely varied and well-stocked. What really stood out was the outstanding service — the staff were always helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with any issues. Truly impressive customer support. Highly recommended for business stays!

We were disappointed with this particular Holiday Inn. We always stay at Holiday Inns but this one did not live up to our expectations. First off they don't have coffee makers in the rooms any more. Boo-Hiss. I hate having to shlep down to the lobby to get coffee when I get up, and I am a early riser. So we asked about it and the front desk lady said you can request a keurig for your room. So I said can I request one. She said sure, went in the back and brought out a bag with a keurig, cups and pods. This made me happy other than toting the coffee maker to our room. We went to dinner and came back with desserts. I thought I would make a cup of coffee to go with our desserts.....the keurig didnt work!! I don't understand why they are changing the way you get your coffee. Holiday Inn, I think you are making a mistake, truly unhappy about your change!

The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. They excise room was very nice. The breakfast was just ok,could be better. The hotel has dated TVs, needs to update. Overall a good place to stay.

Staff were extremely kind. I had to reschedule my flight home due to weather and needed a place to telework after I checked out. They had no problem with me working for hours in the breakfast area and they held my luggage in the office for me. Breakfast was fine. The only reason the room wasn't 5 stars is because the heating unit fan was very loud and stayed on the entire time.
