I like coming to the UPS store in brookfield because they consistently have great costumer service. Recently, I was dealing with a problem with my Amazon return and the store associate, Evan, walked me through the steps in order to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable of the topic and was able to quickly fix the problem. Thank you for all the employees and the owner of this amazing store.

Kaylie and owner of UPS Store 1431 went above and beyond to help me and save me money. I went into the store at 10.25am to send 3 very expensive porcelain pieces to my cousin in FL. The bill was $800 due to the size of one of the packages. I questioned the cost and they explained it was due to the size of packaging. I paid and left. At 2:45pm I received a call from Kailie explaining that her and owner were able to reduce the box size by 2 inches which reduced the shipping by $300. I went back to the store and received my refund and explained what an AMAZING thing they did by figuring out how to reduce the cost on their own. The dedication to their work, honesty and thoughtfulness is fantastic. This kind of customer service is hard to find. They did it and I’ll forever be a customer of this store whenever I have something to send. Thank you so very much!!! David Fono

Shipping from Brookfield to Ontario Canada taking more than 10 days. Informed initially delivery will be done in 2 days by this store, I have considered 1 more day as delay. When I tracked there is no movement in shipment at all. I will never choose UPS again.

Brigitte. Took care of me, I was there for more than 2 hours. She was cool and very calm with me. Everyone in the store are very nice and and very helping. I really appreciate you all and God bless you all 🙏

I typically have good luck here- today was different. When I walked in, no one greeted me however there were 4 or 5 workers. The one just pointed me to the other worker without saying a word. Secondly, I asked if they would please help me tape my box.. they charged me $1. After I left I googled this because I’ve never been charged for tape (especially because they tape the shipping label with no charge). I know this is silly because it’s just a dollar, but I felt completely taken advantage of!!! Google said this is uncommon but some locations do it to keep lines moving. Considering I was the only one in the store I don’t see how this was necessary. I won’t be back to this location.
